Ingredients
CHICKEN FILLETS—1/2 KG CURDS—–3TBS CHILLI POWDER—-1/2 TO 1 TSP GARAM MASALA—1/2 TSP TOMATO PUREE—–2TSP CORN FLOUR——2TSP IN WATER ONION-2—CHOPPED CAPSICUM–I—SMALL PIECES OIL—–1/2 TSP BUTTER—–2TSP CHEESE—–3 CUBES GARLIC—-3 TEETH-FINELY CHOPPED WATER—–2CUPS
Method
IN A PAN ADD OIL.FRY THE GARLIC ONION,CAPSICUM,.CUT THE CHICKEN INTO SMALL PIECES,SOAK IN CURDS.FRY THE MARINATED CHICKEN PIECES.ADD CHILLI POWDER AND GARAM MASALA,TOMATO PUREE. MIX WELL WITH WATER.WHEN THE CHICKEN IS DONE,ADD CORN FLOUR DISSOLVED IN WATER.WHEN THE CONSISTENCY IS THICK, ADD BUTTER(GRATED) AND CHEESE CUBES.POUR THIS IN A DISH.VERY GOOD FOR ALL.
